Responsibilities –
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the loan.
Actively seek out new customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Provide post-sales support, including assisting clients with documentation, coordinating with loan processing teams, and ensuring smooth disbursement of funds.
Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining the terms and conditions, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any additional fees.
Stay updated on the organization's loan products, including personal loans, business loans, mortgage loans, auto loans, and other specialized financing options.
Track individual and team sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Sound knowledge of loan origination processes, loan products, and underwriting guidelines.
Proven experience as a Loans sales or in a similar role within the mortgage or lending industry.
