6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
7. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
*Requirements:*
1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
2. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
