Overview:

As a Personal Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed personal loan sales targets.

Utilize various sales techniques to pitch personal loan products effectively to potential customers.

Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to disbursement.

Conduct regular follow-up calls to existing customers to promote additional loan products and services.

Product Knowledge and Compliance:

Stay updated on the features, benefits, and terms of personal loan products offered by the company.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing the sale of personal loan products.

Educate customers on the terms and conditions of personal loans, including interest rates, repayment terms, and associated fees.
