Job Description

• Coordinate the collection and verification of necessary loan documentation

• Communicate with farmers / Investor to provide updates and answer questions

• Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely processing of Project applications and loan applicants

• Prepare and review loan files to ensure all required information is complete

• Schedule and manage loan closing dates and coordinate with all parties involved and project closing dates

• Maintain accurate records of Projections and communications

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during the loan process

• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan process

• Conduct initial assessment of loan applications to ensure all criteria are met

• Provide administrative support to the administration team and management team
