Job Description

Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or work place for the loan process

Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns from the customer

Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements

Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water

Handle gold ornaments carefully

Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches

Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer

Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer

Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred

Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage
