Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for various loan products (Home, Personal, Business, Auto, Education, etc.).
Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and financial institutions to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
Keep up to date with market trends and new loan products.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance or Business).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
Knowledge of loan products is an advantage.
