▪ Handling all the incoming and outgoing calls of chauffeur and provide them

information they wants.

Handing queries of customers through calla and mails.

Handling vender payment and daily vehicle placement payment.

identify any customer concerns, investigate and resolve problems and respond to customer inquiries.
