Communicating with the customers through high-quality live chats to answer the questions, solve issues and troubleshoot.
Handling multiple chat requests without compromising quality
Proactively engage with visitors on the website and provide quick support.
To quickly identify the pain points and drill down the source of an issue.
Candidate should have a high-speed internet connection and a laptop with high computer specs.
