Should have appeared independently before High Court, Civil Court, District Courts and various other Courts and Tribunals

Experience in Drafting Agreements, Petitions, Complaints, 138 Complaints, Suits, Deeds, Writs, SLPs etc.

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements

Experience in dealing with foreign clients.

Team handling skills

Additional soft skills require

Strong analytical skills

Team player with ability to build strong relationships

Good Communication skills (Must)

Efficient with great attention to detail.

Exp : 2 to 6 yrs.

Language: English, Kannada, Hindi (Optional)
