As a Liquor, Wine & Spirits Sales Specialist for a prestigious organization, you will be responsible for handling customers, exports sales, local sales, providing customer service, building excellent relationship through face-to-face interactions with customers, as well as promoting a vast portfolio of Liquor, Wine & Spirits brands.

The desirable candidate must have comprehensive knowledge about Diageo Brands, Pernod Ricard Brands, Bacardi Brands, LVMH Moet Hennessy Brands, Anheuser-Busch Brands, Brown Forman Brands, Constellation Brands, Wuliangye Yibin Products, Kweichow Moutai, Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Products, practical knowledge of European Wines, French Wines, German Wines, Portuguese Wines, Spanish Wines, Italian Wines will be considered as an added skill.

Customer Service:

-Responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing, new and potential clients. Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.

-Responding promptly to customer inquiries, processing orders and requests as and when required.

-Communicating courteously with customers by telephone/mobile, email and face-to-face.

Import & Local Purchases:

-Manage the supply chain for import & local purchases of major brands.

-Responsible for the effective sourcing of products from various brands owners/distributors/principal's.

-Based on internal forecasts / stock levels, negotiate prices, issue PO’s and coordinate with suppliers for the effective purchase and timely import & deliveries of items.

Export Sales:

-Responsible for sending quotations to clients, preparation of invoices, and proactively coordinate with warehouse staff, shipping lines and clients until final delivery.
