2) Port/service monitoring of the server
3) Application knowledge like Apache Tomcat & Web server (HTTP)
4) Hands-on operating systems like Redhat Linux & VMware
5) Software installation, configuration & troubleshooting
6) User management & patch management using yum/ manual.
7) Server & application hardening knowledge.
8) Client &vendor co-ordination
9) Application bug fixing & Deployment.
10) Ticket tool knowledge, Incident management, change management & capacity management.
11) Audit like PCI-DSS, ISO & IS knowledge.
12) Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) setup configuration knowledge
13) Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed.
14) Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence
into the Support team.
15) Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly
regarding issue status.
16) Backup & restore knowledge.
17) DR-drill activities & report preparation.
18) SSL certificate creation & installation
19) Networking knowledge & troubleshooting
20) Team Management & Monitoring tool knowledge
21) Strong knowledge of Linux, Cloud& networking skills& audit experience.
22) Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
