Monitoring tools like Nagios.
LAN,WAN, Network server, samba(smb), nfs, sftp , DHCP,
Backup, System Maintenance.
Remote support. VNC, team viewer, RDP, anydesk

Responsibilities and Duties
Knowledgeable, creative, hardworking individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced operations environment supporting a 24x7x365 mission critical Linux environment.
The system administrator is responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance, support, OS installations and upgrades for enterprise servers.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
Knowledge of RedHat and/or CentOS / SuSe Linux
Solid understanding of virtualization technology on VMWare/Docker suite
Experience with operational and management layers as ElasticSearch,logstash,Kibana .
Experience in creating the RDBMS as MySql,SQL Server or Oracle DB clusters
On call support might be required to address major incidents or pre-planned maintenance on production systems.
Essential Duties :
Creation of and Linux VM templates/Docker Images and deployment of Docker/VMs using the templates or with the application level services
Snapshot creation, troubleshooting of issues with Docker/VM
Managing the Redundancy and Failover types as 1:1 Clustering along with N+1 clustering
Writing the Shell /Python scripting for the cron jobs
Troubleshooting Linux issues, alerts, and alarms
Need to work on the Oracle /Dell Hardware with Centos and Oracle OS
Work with engineers and project leads to implement new systems, policies, standards and practices.
Document Linux administration processes and procedures.
Installation of Linux OS on physical servers (Cisco UCS blades)
Configuration and hardening of Oracle SE, CentOS, SuSe as per the organization standards
