Roles & Responsibilities:

Set up LAMP server.

Monitor the server using Nagios monitoring tool.

Update the Manager about the server status regularly.

Check up DB Backup and application backup.

Provide DB and application backup to the teams whenever required.

Ensure resizing of server whenever required.

Configure postfix mail server.

Install SSL certificate.

Ensure setting up of cron jobs.

Monitor tickets in the cloud server console.

Ensure timely renewal of DNS and SSL.

Work in 24 x 7 environment.

Updating of Packages / server whenever required.

Installing new packages.

Skill Sets

Linux (Centos,ubuntu).

Good knowledge in AWS.

Replication of mysql.

Installing Postfix & configuration.

Installing pthreads( added advantage).

Experience on handling AWS.

Experience in troubleshooting of Apache and Mysql.

Experience in writing shell script.

Experience in server migration.

Knowledge in Lamp security setups and performance tuning.
