Pink Elephink is hiring a full time Line Producer on an urgent joining basis. Below are the details:

Temporary WFH. Office location: Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Designation: Line Producer

Key focus areas: project management, client servicing, admin duties, business development and social media pages management.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

· Understanding client’s brief for the projects and relaying the same to the internal creative team, liaison between the client, the designers and the creative director(s)

· Supervising and tracking (project managing) all projects from initiation to final delivery, and ensure smooth execution of all projects.

· Maintain consistent communication with the clients using best practices to keep them up-to-date on the status of projects, build rapport with them.

· Track and ensure timely payments from the clients and upkeep of invoice. Liaison with the accounts team for the same.

- Business Development: Keep frequent track of existing and new potential clients for the company to do business with, build relations with the clients with the goal of acquiring new projects.

· Admin duties: backend, coordination with IT head for technical support, upkeep of all company documents.
