Job Description

Proven relevant work experience in lift installation/maintenance.

Knowledge of mechanical adjustments and safety aspects.

Must have good attention to detail.

Must understand Hindi

Flexible and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements

Knowledge of GAD

Knowledge of Templates

Knowledge of drawings

Ensure that the material is arranged at site as per requirement

Work scheduling as per job priorities

Ensure smooth flow of schedule

Install complete residential elevator package including rails, weight carriage, running platform, motor, cab, lights, hall call stations

Ensure customer satisfaction

Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors.

Cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other components to specified dimensions.

Operate elevators to determine power demands, and test power consumption to detect overload factors.
