Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify potential clients and assess their insurance requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand and cater to their financial and insurance needs.
Educate clients about various insurance products and their benefits.
Policy Recommendations
Suggest appropriate insurance policies (life, health, vehicle, or other types) based on the clients needs and goals.
Provide detailed information on policy terms, conditions, premiums, and benefits.
Assist clients in choosing the best policy options.
Sales & Business Development
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients for policy renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Organize promotional activities, including presentations and campaigns, to generate leads.
Customer Support
Assist clients in filing claims and address any issues promptly.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns regarding policies and services.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and policy sales.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a bachelors degree is preferred.
