Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and self-driven Life Insurance Advisors to join our team. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing clients with personalized life insurance solutions based on their needs and financial goals. Your primary focus will be on helping clients understand the importance of life insurance, managing risks, and offering them the best-suited products.
Responsibilities:
Provide clients with comprehensive information about various life insurance products
Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
Help clients through the process of policy application, documentation, and claims
Stay updated on the latest insurance policies, trends, and market changes
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple, understandable language
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Prior experience in sales (insurance or other fields) is a plus, but not mandatory
