Position Overview:-
We are looking for a Liaisoning Manager with a strong background in the liaisoning field. While an advocate degree is not mandatory, candidates must have a proven track record of 03-05 years in liaisoning roles. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, navigating regulatory environments, and ensuring smooth communication between our company and external entities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain positive relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and coordination between Jaetal Construction Pvt Ltd and external entities to ensure project compliance and smooth operations.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with regulatory authorities or other parties.
Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the construction industry.
Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory agencies and other relevant parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project requirements and address any liaison-related needs.
Represent the company at meetings, hearings, and other events as needed.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor��s degree in any field; a degree in law or related field is a plus but not mum of 03-5 years of experience in a liaisoning role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
