Job Description

The Course Liaisoning & Licensing Officer will be responsible for securing approvals, managing accreditation, and maintaining compliance for all paramedical programs. This role requires extensive interaction with government education departments, paramedical councils, universities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure that the college operates as per the prescribed norms.

The ideal candidate must have experience in dealing with licensing authorities, application processes for course approvals, and regulatory documentation management.

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Licensing & Accreditation:

Handle affiliation and licensing processes for courses such as:

Nursing (ANM, GNM, Nursing)

Radiology Technician, Lab Technician, Operation Theatre Technician

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Physiotherapy, Medical Records, etc.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as:

Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE)

Indian Nursing Council (INC)

Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC)

University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated universities

State Paramedical Council and Skill Development Boards

Prepare, submit, and track applications for course approvals, renewals, and compliance inspections.

Ensure timely submission of required documents for obtaining affiliation and accreditation.

Conduct liaisoning with officials of education departments and government agencies for smooth approvals.

B. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure college operations adhere to state and central government education norms.

Keep track of amendments in rules and policies related to paramedical education and healthcare training institutes.

Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections for course approvals.

Ensure faculty, infrastructure, and curriculum comply with accreditation standards.

Handle documentation and reporting required by regulatory authorities.
