Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documentation, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls for the executives, ensuring prompt
and effective responses.

Conduct research, gather information, and provide executive summaries as needed.
Assist with personal tasks, such as handling personal appointments, reservations, and other administrative
duties.
Liaison and Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including staff members, clients,
board members, and partners.
Screen and direct incoming communications to appropriate executives and respond on their behalf when
necessary.
Facilitate effective communication between executives and various departments, ensuring timely
dissemination of information and follow-up on action items.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, memos, and
reports.
Meeting Coordination and Support:
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics.
Attend executive meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, events, and travel
arrangements.
Information Management:
Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and
accessibility.
Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
