1. Land acquisition & Liaise between various internal and external departments, government offices, Municipality and local bodies to get necessary permissions

2. Knowledge about drafting letters, proposals NOC letters for applicable government sanctions at different stages of the projects.

E. Labour License and Meeting with PD for NHAI Approval

F. Power Sanction & HT Line Installation

G. Drainage Line Connection & Installation

H. Plinth Certificate

I. Lift License & Installation

J. DG Set License

K. Temporary Water Supply & Permanent Water Line Installation with water release at site.

L. Rain Water harvesting

M. Occupancy Certificate

N. Solar Rooftop Policies & subsidy policies for residential & group housing project. Building relationship with local solar agencies.

4. Handling the netmetering process and completed all the work like NOC, agreement, site visit with government officers, CEIG report and Net meter installation as par the rules of RTPV policies.
