Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title, ownership, zone, boundaries, access, sale & purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents that will envisage purchase of potential land packages.
Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.
Shall be adept at independently liaisoning with BMC, BDA, PWD & other relevant sanction authorities for new real estate projects.
Shall be computer literate
Applicants shall be adept with reading & writing statutory documents in Oriya & English.
