Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of non-air services, including holiday bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and transfers.
Ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences for all services.
Supervise and support the operations team, including tour guides, customer service agents, suppliers and transfer coordinators.
2. Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth.
Identify new target audiences and market segments for leisure and MICE services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
3. MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events):
Manage the planning and execution of MICE events, including conferences, seminars, and incentive travel.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored MICE solutions.
4. Supplier Selection and Evaluation:
Identify and select reputable suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and event venues, in the GCC region and other relevant markets.
Conduct thorough supplier evaluations to assess their reliability, quality of service, pricing, and capacity to meet the firm's needs and standards.
5. Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate supplier contracts, including pricing, service level agreements, terms and conditions, and cancellation policies.
Ensure that all contracts are fair, compliant, and in the best interest of the company.
6. Rate Negotiation:
Negotiate competitive rates and packages with suppliers to offer cost-effective options to clients while maintaining profitability for the firm.
7. Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and contractual obligations.
Address and resolve any performance issues promptly and professionally.
