1) Drafting of agreements, notices, contracts, complaints, plaints and all other legal documents.

2) Review progress of outstanding litigation and brief senior advocates.

3) Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.

4) Co-ordinate with senior counsels, law firms for litigation assistance.

5) Should have hands on experience in filing procedures, attending revenue and execution proceedings.

6) Proven experience as legal counsel in business environment.

7) Handling of legal disputes and litigation; advising the business functions on prevention of potential disputes and mitigation of legal risks.

8) Representing in the court of law and Coordinating with the management, if so required.

9) Well acquainted with Real Estate Central / State laws and regulations.

10) Must have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
