initiating Arbitration, Which Includes Drafting Notices and Filing Sec 9 Petition and Conducting Arbitration Proceedings Before Arbitration Tribunal.

issuing Demand Notices Under Sarfaesi, Replies Notices and Issuing Miscellaneous Notices as per Security Interest Rules.

adept with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and all Its Regulations for Procedures to Be Followed Before Resolution Professional and Nclt Including Filing of Relevant Applications.

attending Coc Meetings and Briefing the Concern Stake Holders Accordingly.

handling of Criminal Matters Before Magistrate/sessions/high Court Including Filing of Fir/complaint Before Police/magistrate Respectively.

adept in Handling Any other Nature of Litigation as the Situation Arises.

drafting & Vetting of Various Notices, Letters Issued in Delinquent Accounts.

liasoning with Respective Department of Sales, Collections, Credit and Operations for Obtaining Necessary Information and Documents.
