Job Description:
1) Good Knowledge of Labour, Civil & Criminal Laws.
2) Confident & Enthusiastic for New Responsibilities
3) Responsible for Monitoring all Legal Affairs of the Company: End to End Legal Coordination like Litigation & Non-litigation Matters; Intellectual Property Rights (iprs), Legal Operations, Legal Documentation & Legal Mis Data Dealing.
4) Should Be Able to Handle Corporate and Commercial Legal Affairs/cases, Legal Research, Arbitration & Resolution of Disputes and Legal Advisory for all Branches of Law.
5) Coordination for Notices, Agendas & Minutes of the Meeting Regarding Legal Matters.
6) Generating Drafts, Vetting and Finalizing Various Agreements such as Union Agreement, Contract Labour Agreement, General Purchase Agreement, Customer / Vendor Agreement, Tooling Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement.
7) Keeping Updated Self & Management On the Latest Laws & Regulations Changes/ Alteration.
8) Expertise in Drafting & Expert At Present Self as An Authority On the Company’s Behalf in Courts of Law.
9) Handling the Various Civil and Criminal Cases Filed By or Against the Company Across India.
10) Coordination with the Company Advocates for the Same.

2) Should have Working Experience in Industry.
