1. Co-ordinate with land owners, Business development/Land Purchase and liaison Departments to obtain necessary property details, documents and information.
2. Draft legal documents with respect to property, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and statutory requirement s.
3. Prepare necessary applications for revenue documents and handover the same to liaison Department.
4. Periodically interact with external advocates on all legal related issues concerning the organization. Maintain land bank and project-wise legal documentation
5. Mandatory Kannada to read and write.
