Job Description of Legal Executive - Real Estate will be as follows but not limited to:

PROFICIENT IN REAL ESTATE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION, AGREEMENT, SALE DEEDS, ETC.

PROFICIENT IN GUJARATI TYPING.

1) Checking and arranging all Land related documents from various government departments.

2) Drafting agreements, sale deeds, MOU, etc. in English/Gujarati.

3) Visiting various departments like Mamlatdar office, Revenue Department, Collector office, etc. for various Land related work.

Candidates with work experience in land-related work will be preferred.
