Role & responsibilities
1. Oversee and perform legal department Out side documnetattaion works ,registartions and approvals
2. Provide expert legal advice to seniio Managemnet about approvals and registrations .
3. Manage contract negotiation, drafting, and review processes to safeguard the organization's interests.
4. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal partners, and regulatory agencies.
5. Develop and implement initiatives to streamline legal processes and optimize department efficiency.
7. Drive continuous improvement within the legal department, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Completion of either a . degree or a bachelor's degree in any field.
2. At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Proven ability to offer strategic legal advice and handle complex legal matters effectively.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
7. Good understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.
