Augustus Law is a specialised law firm with focus on niche practise areas including stressed asset, bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate, succession and estate planning and corporate and commercial laws. We have offices in Mumbai and Kolkata.

Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in Mumbai for Associate/ Senior Associate position. The role will include drafting, researching, attending court hearings, maintaining case notes and documentation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university;

• Admission to Bar Council of India;

• 2-5 years post qualification experience;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Litigation experience will be preferred;

• Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills
