We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Legal Associate / Junior Legal Consultant with an LLB degree to join our team at Mis & Associate LLP. The ideal candidate will support our firm's legal needs and collaborate closely with our accounting professionals to address various legal aspects related to taxation, corporate compliance, and financial regulations

-Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and cases.

-Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.

-Assist in preparing legal briefs and other litigation documents.

-Support senior attorneys with case management, including organizing case files and evidence.

-Attend meetings and participate in client consultations as needed.

-Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization.

-Provide administrative support such as managing legal correspondence and scheduling.

-Participate in legal strategy development and implementation.
