We Space Consultants are the leading recruiters in IPR field. Currently we are hiring for:

Work Location: Gurgaon

Designation: Associate

Educational Background: Bachelor or Master of Law [preferably in Intellectual Property laws]

Litigation Experience: 1-2 Years

Compensation: 3-5LPA

Key Skills required:

• Sound legal knowledge

• Experience in providing legal advice to clients

• Experience in handling IP matters (particularly trademark and copyright matters) before

• court

• Good and consistent academic record

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Good in working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Well versed with English & Hindi languages

• Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling

• Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet short timelines

Profile Description:

• Litigation including drafting and appearing before courts – pan India – particularly in Delhi

• Advisory and opinion work, including legal research, infringement analysis, etc

• Drafting and vetting agreements

• Coordination with colleagues across K&S Offices, and also with local associates in relation to matters outside of Delhi
