Key Duties & Responsibilities:
.Drafting & Vetting of Agreements/Contracts.
Drafting of notices and reply notices, reply to lawyers, Documents/petitions for filing in Court, replies to the landlord with respect to issues/concerns on leased office premises, Correspondences, demand notices, authorization letters.
Coordinating with Company Secretary f6r secretarial compliances.
Legal Repository Management: Filing originals/archiving & safe custody of Agreements.
Maintenance & updating of MIS/data base of list of Agreements in the format prescribed.
Research an legal issues Interpretation of various provisions of Acts, issuing alerts on new rules/regulations, case laws and studies.
External Counsels: Co-ordinate with external counsels for management of litigations for and against the company.
Support to Department in all legal & compliance matters concerning the company. Coordination with company secretary for Company compliances and annual filings
