Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the regions in empanelment of advocates or law firms and Monitor the performance and quality of the impaneled Advocates and/or law firms

- Should have knowledge of DRT proceedings and SARFAESI, cases of NI Act, Arbitration Proceedings, Civil Recovery Suites, and Execution Proceedings, (3) cases under CrPC, Consumer cases, State Commission appeals, etc.

- Should have handled documentation/legal opinion on the property title trace and guided the team with solutions.

- Drafting and issuance of Legal Notices. Preparing responses to customers' Legal notices and Ombudsman Complaints.

- Manage database/MIS of all the ongoing proceedings across functions and regions, follow up with concerned business/regional team for closure, and circulate the MIS as and when required by HO.

Education:

- L L B Graduation from the recognized University
