Responsibilities:

Pattern Making: Develop and modify patterns based on design specifications, ensuring accurate dimensions and proper fit.

Sewing and Stitching: Utilize various sewing techniques and machinery to join leather pieces with precision and durability, maintaining consistent stitch lengths and thread tension.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished bags to identify and rectify any imperfections, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate leather types and colors for each product, considering aesthetics, durability, and design requirements.

Customization: Collaborate with customers to fulfill special customization requests, creating one-of-a-kind leather items tailored to their preferences.

Time Management: Efficiently manage your workload, meeting production targets and deadlines while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on sewing equipment and tools to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Leather Bag Tailor or in a related role within the leather goods industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in leather crafting techniques, including cutting, stitching, pattern making, and assembly.
