Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Client servicing and development of new business

● Ensuring defined transaction processes are followed and implemented diligently.

● Ensuring delivery of quality service standards to Clients

● Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients

Skills Required:

● Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint)

● Presentation skills

● Client handling skills

● Business generation ability

● Well-presented personality

● Excellent communications skills

● Ability to “think on the feet”

● Excellent Problem-solving skills

● High commitment levels

Understanding the Indian real estate market

Details:

● Stipend: ₹ /month + incentives

● Duration: 3 months (mandatory)

● On successful completion of the internship, deserving candidates will be promoted to full-time permanent jobs as Transaction Associates along with a handsome package.

*This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-based incentive on the successful completion of the internship.*
