The assignments are for a tenure of 9 months. The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture.

Position Description:
This position has the responsibility to promote a culture of operational excellence in Warehouse Operations using Lean Principles. The person will drive performance and development of the Volvo Production System.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive the Lean culture across the organization.
• Coaching and training employees in practice of Lean
• Implementation of best practices & continuous improvements on Shop floor by driving change
Critical Competencies
• Experience in driving Lean, Operational excellence preferably in an automobile industry.
• Hands on experience in Quality assurance
• Analytical and statistical skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt certified)
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power BI
