We are looking for:
Tata Business Hub is looking for a highly talented Business Lead, with strong strategic vision, sound business planning and innovation. You will lead our Tenders & Quotations category and be responsible for developing and implementing the Go-to-Market strategy for the category and driving sales and marketing to achieve business profitability.
You will need to provide category insights by analyzing marketing and customer data and monitoring relevant market conditions. Being a Business Lead, you will be tasked with gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the value proposition, working closely with Engineering/Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. They should have a background of digital product planning and execution for B2B products (throughout product lifecycle).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build a differentiated value proposition for the products backed by a thorough understanding of market needs and consumer insights while working closely with the Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to deliver these products
Build a 3-5 year P&L for their category
Develop and own GTM plan for the products including customer acquisition, sales roll out, pricing, bundling etc.
Sales capacity planning and sales funnel management along with Sales Ops
Formulate Marketing Strategy and goals include creating a compelling USP, messaging, brand positioning, marketing
