Responsibilities :
Maintain and manage Windows Server infrastructure including high-availability and DRS.
L2+ Level Support Competency in Windows Server / system Administration, Active
Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, SharePoint, Backup, SCCM Well versed with efficiently
handling maintaining integrity & quality.
Strong administration skills of O365.
Experience working with monitoring & Backup tools (DPM).
Responsible for day-to-day operations including User access Management (UAM), Backup,
Patching.
Responsible for Patching and host upgrade via SCCM
Responsible for DNS, WINS, DHCP Integration/Management.
Antivirus Management Using Console for Periodic Scanning, Pattern Files.
Having strong knowledge of Windows 2012/ 2016, Active Directory Services and
Configuration Management.
Backup Management Support and Monitoring.
Active Directory Support- Health check, replication, User management.
Domain Controller Upgrade, DC Patching, New DC build, Group Policy.
Troubleshooting of Users problems in OS / network / hardware areas & Data Backup.
Plan and perform monthly Patch Deployment for Windows Servers and Workstations.
Create and Manage Automatic Deployment Rules for Patch Management, Remove
superseded and expired updates from deployments.
Troubleshoot any issues in Patch Deployment, Software Deployment and Operating System
Deployment.
Create and share Virus and Risk detection reports.
Provides technical advice and support on L3 fault resolution.
Enabling Office 365 services: Implemented below services for newly acquired companies
(merging & acquisition).
Managing IIS for Exchange environment, Capacity planning.
Completed Engineering tasks for O365 environment such as scheduling reports and
analysing and automating the migration task.
Should have migration knowledge from on premise to Azure
