Responsibilities:
1. Research Strategy: Develop and lead the research strategy for AE NATURALS Happy Heels Foot Cream, focusing on improving foot health, relieving discomfort, and promoting overall well-being.
2. Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to formulate and enhance the foot cream with key ingredients, such as moisturizers, soothing agents, and natural extracts.
3. Scientific Evaluation: Conduct scientific evaluations and studies to assess the effectiveness of the foot cream's ingredients in promoting foot health, reducing dryness, and alleviating discomfort.
4. Ingredient Analysis: Evaluate and select high-quality ingredients for the foot cream, ensuring they meet safety and efficacy standards.
5. Testing Protocols: Develop testing protocols and methodologies to validate the product's claims and benefits. Oversee clinical trials and studies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree (Master's or .) in a relevant field, such as dermatology, skincare science, or pharmaceuticals.
