Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, partnerships, and outbound prospecting.
Manage and oversee the lead handling process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up on all leads.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define target customer profiles, lead qualification criteria, and lead scoring models.
Utilize CRM software and other tools to track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
Develop and maintain lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads throughout the buyer's journey, with the goal of converting leads into sales opportunities.
Train and mentor team members on best practices for lead generation, lead qualification, and lead handling, including effective communication strategies and CRM usage.
Continuously monitor and evaluate lead generation and lead handling processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation, lead management, and sales automation, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in lead management efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation, lead management, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving qualified leads and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation and lead management processes.
