Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities for Microsoft 365, CRM/ERP, and Adobe solutions.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce products and generate interest.
Qualify leads based on business needs and potential fit for our solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and help develop sales strategies.
Track lead generation activities and report on performance metrics.
Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
Experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally in tech or SaaS.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, CRM/ERP systems, and Adobe solutions is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working with CRM tools to track and manage leads.
