We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to join our team. This role demands expertise in funnels, lead magnets, and conversion strategies, along with advanced proficiency in using Clay () to manage and nurture professional relationships. The successful candidate will lead efforts to drive lead generation, optimize conversion rates, and enhance marketing and sales strategies using Clay.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies using Clay. Optimize sales funnels to capture and convert leads effectively.

Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve conversion paths (landing pages, email campaigns, etc.), using Clay to track interactions and identify areas for enhancement. Conduct A/B testing to boost campaign effectiveness.

Data Management: Utilize Clay's analytics to gain insights into lead behavior. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to the team.

Relationship Management: Use Clay to nurture relationships with leads, clients, and partners. Maintain detailed records for personalized engagement and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Share insights and assist in training on lead generation and conversion strategies using Clay.

Qualifications:
