We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Conversion Specialist to manage and optimize our lead conversion process. This role involves engaging with inbound leads via WhatsApp and calls, qualifying potential customers, and closing bookings. You will be responsible for ensuring no lead goes unaddressed and improving our lead-to-booking conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Respond to inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website promptly.
Engage potential customers with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach.
Qualify leads based on service requirements, location, and urgency.
Follow up on undecided leads, re-engaging them to maximize conversions.
Track and manage all leads using our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Sales & Customer Relations
Close bookings over WhatsApp and calls with a strong focus on customer needs.
Upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing the value of each booking.
Provide accurate service recommendations based on customer needs.
Ensure a seamless handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Monitor lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Identify common objections and refine responses to improve closing rates.
Report daily conversion performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (preferably in a service-based business).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred), and call handling.
Persuasive & proactive sales approach, with a track record of converting leads into paying customers.
Strong organization skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet conversion targets.
Knowledge of the car detailing industry is a plus,
