• Analyze Potential Markets
• To generate leads from different social media platforms in case of outbound calling. OR Collect the leads from different campaigns in case of inbound calling.
• Coordinate with the customer to explain about our products and services.
• Organize the online demonstrations of the company products for the clients.
• Scheduling meeting with the clients.
• Follow-up with the clients through E-mail or telephonic about the new requirement or the expansion for the projects or the status update.
• Taking the responsibilities from the introduction to till closure.
• Utilizing the knowledge in CRM system.
• Work on B2B campaigns in every sector.
• Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls.
