Job Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into long-term clients. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and implement strategies for lead acquisition, qualification, and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Research:
Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, etc.) to identify potential leads in the software industry.
Conduct market research to identify companies and key decision-makers who would benefit from our software solutions.
Qualify leads based on established criteria such as business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Lead Nurturing:
Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, phone calls, and social media outreach.
Engage in ongoing communication with prospects to nurture relationships and gather information for the sales team.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in CRM tools.
Track the progress of leads from initial contact to conversion, ensuring all relevant data is updated.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader sales strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and help improve lead-generation processes.
Reporting & Analytics:
Regularly report on lead generation progress, including conversion rates, engagement, and sales pipeline metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving lead-generation efforts.
Cold Calling & Email Campaigns:
Execute cold calling strategies to generate initial interest in the companys services.
Craft and send email sequences to prospects, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
