Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients effectively using strong English communication skills to understand their needs and present suitable real estate solutions.

Key Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO sales environment, with a preference for candidates with experience in the real estate sector.

Conversational Skills: Strong interpersonal and conversational skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts as required, with a rational and balanced approach to work-life balance.

Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle objections during client interactions.

CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by setting up appointments and ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to sales conversion.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
