Position Summary
Own Solution Development including solution concept, technical design, partner ecosystem
and solution pricing. Own go-to-market strategy and solution presentation materials.
Manage partner relationship and joint solution creations. Improve sales productivity and
deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
Collaborate with sales, service, and technical team to ensure proposed deals include
technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
Own specific Account Plans and be responsible for managing customer awareness sessions
and new lead generation creation.
Be Market Aware to ensure new and cutting-edge IT Solutions are incorporated in the overall
service portfolio.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement systems/solution architecture that will meet business needs.
Own framework, platform, or tech-stack can be used to create a solution along with
managing the partner relationship required to maintain and market the specific solution
component.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.
Work closely with solution experts within the company and outside to ensure new and latest
solutions are incorporated in the solution catalogue.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas,
channel, or teams supported.
Provides coaching and professional development to team members, sales associates.
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer
firms
Monitors customer support for technical solutions
Develop, manage and execute the GTM launch plan for new products / Services, new
enhancements and new market segments
Demonstrated experience in managing IT Solution Covering broad range of technology including Cloud,
Infrastructure, Application and End User technologies.
