Lead Command and Control Operator shall be responsible for manning the CCC and perform all the functions of the Command and Control Center Operator as defined below • Additionally, the Lead CCC operator shall be responsible for managing the entire other team deployed on the project, day to day activities, attendance, leave management of the staff etc. • Lead CCC operator shall work under supervision of the Program Manager and Project Director.
