The position is for a Legal Advisor for a real estate company with projects in Raigad District.

-The candidate must have extensive experience in drafting and dealing with senior councils.

-The candidate must have the confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts.

-The candidate must be able to conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management regarding findings.

-Knowledge of Revenue Law, TILR, Civil Matters and general Real Estate Law is pls must.

-Candidate must be able to draft and finalize Agreements, Conveyance/Sale Deed, leave and license agreements and development agreements.

-The candidate must be a hard and diligent worker.

-The candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Raigad.
